5 Weight Loss Myths That Keep You Fat

How many of you have been with a group of friends at dinner? You’re sitting enjoying an after dinner coffee drink and basking in the delight of having had a wonderful and most fulfilling meal when the subject of weight, diets and how to lose those extra L-Bs comes up. Everyone, in these circumstances and discussing this topic, has their own best way to lose weight. But what does that really mean? How many of these methods are fact or fiction? Well, we know at least five ways are pure myth.
So what are these myths anyway?

1.    Low-carb foods are the only way to lose weight.
2.    Weight loss is all about willpower. No hunger, no weight loss.
3.    All calories are created equal.
4.    Real carbs—the kind you like best—will make you fat.
5.    Foods with more fat are more filling.

Bottomline, all of these myths are just that, myths! It’s acid in our biological terrain that is the real culprit and the nemesis for keeping weight from coming off. The answer to weight loss is “balance.” When you drink Kangen™ water you have the single best advantage to keep your weight down and in control. Your internal terrain can remain free of “pollution.” A clean internal terrain is your best defense against added weight and exposure to disease.
