Lifestyle & Longevity Comes In The Form Of Kangen Water!

Developing a healthy lifestyle as we age can help us live longer and live better so say the editors at AARP Magazine. That’s a pretty good piece of advice coming from a reputable source with the objective of keeping our “senior” population healthy and fit. I put those quotations around “senior” because I’m one of those myself…yes, a “senior.” So when I open the AARP magazine up, the first thing I do is look for the people in it that are older than me and still going strong. You see, I have this idea that as long as there are still people ahead of me in age, I can keep adding years to the time I have left without feeling my days are numbered. There’s something reassuring and comforting to have people that you can look up to…and I look up to the really healthy ones.

What I liked especially about this article called, “The Science of Longevity,” is that it made sense and zeroed in on the many things we are learning from drinking Kangen water. The article went on to say that “…a long, healthy life [is] within our grasp. We may have more control over our own lifespan than we think. Many scientists…believe that longevity has less to do with our genetic makeup and more to do with external factors, such as stress, exposure to toxins and diet.”¹ Right there I stopped and thought, “Wow! Thank goodness for Kangen water.” I don’t know about you, but I simply can’t ever do without this fabulous water. And who would have thought it when I bought this machine so long ago. Let me just say this, do yourself a favor and before you do anything else, drink at least a full liter of water every single morning when you start your day. It’s the best thing you can do for your body and the best thing you can do for healthy longevity.
